Comprehensive Assessment:
- Conducting a thorough evaluation of your loved one's needs, preferences

- Providing emotional reassurance and companionship during the transition period.
Administrative Assistance:
- Assisting with paperwork, contracts, and legalities related to assisted living arrangements.
Packing and Moving:
- Helping with packing belongings, coordinating the move, and setting up the new living space.
Orientation:
- Guiding your loved one through the facilities, introducing them to staff, and acquainting them with amenities.
In assisted Living
ZAR 550 per week for minumum 6 months
Personalised Shopping Assistance:
- Accompanying your loved one for shopping, helping them choose items for their new home based on their preferences and needs.
Room Setup Support:
- Assisting in arranging furniture, decorations, and personal belongings in a way that creates a warm and familiar atmosphere.
Organising Personal Spaces:
- Helping in organising closets, cabinets, and personal spaces, ensuring everything is easily accessible and well-arranged.
Technology and Connectivity:
- Evaluating existing technology and determining necessary upgrades or replacements to enhance ease of use and accessibility.
- Sourcing and Setting Up Equipment:
- Procuring and setting up computers, smartphones, and other necessary devices, customizing settings according to your loved one’s preferences.
- Internet Connectivity
Creating a Comfortable Living Space:
- Assisting in choosing comfortable bedding, pillows, and furnishings that suit your loved one’s preferences and ensure a good night’s sleep.
Ongoing support:
- We provide weekly check-ins with your parent/s, ensuring a smooth transition. Personalized assistance, regular contact, and emotional support guarantee their well-being and your peace of mind.
Into Frail Care

Legalities and Specialised Care:
Legal Consultations:
- Arranging legal consultations to establish power of attorney and advanced directives, ensuring your loved one’s wishes are respected.
End-of-life Legalities:
- Providing legal guidance and support for end-of-life matters, including wills, estate planning, and funeral arrangements.
Collaboration with Nursing Home Manager:
- Collaborating closely with the nursing home’s palliative care team, focusing on pain management, emotional support, and dignity in the final stages of life.
